Conditions for Visa Exemption
To be eligible for visa exemption to Vietnam, citizens of the above countries must meet the following conditions:
- Have a valid passport with at least six months of validity remaining.
- Have a return or onward ticket.
- Not have any criminal record in Vietnam.
Duration of Visa Exemption
The duration of visa exemption varies depending on the nationality of the visitor. For example, citizens of Chile and Panama are exempt from visas for up to 90 days, while citizens of Brunei are exempt for only 14 days.

We are going to Vietnam and travelling to Cambodia, back through Vietnam, on to Phu Quoc, then back to Vietnam and home. We leave uk on 15th Nov , land in Vietnam on 16th , and on the way home we leave Vietnam on 30th Nov
Do we need multiple entry visa? Will this cover our re entry from Cambodia, and Phu Quoc entry and leaving. If our planes are delayed will we have a problem if we just rely on 15 uk exemption?

My wife and I hope to visit Vietnam in January 2022, we will be staying in HoChi Minh City for 3 – 4 days and 7 days in Hoi An or Nha Trang, will we need a Visa to get into Vietnam from the UK.
